For those of you who are interested in the main purpose of our work, here it is: we exist to bring aid to the abused, broken and impoverished lives of Southeast Asia through the sale of its indigenous handmade crafts.
Sound wordy and little vague in a specific way? that’s because it is…it’s a purpose statement, they always are. But if there is one thing we have learned over the last year, you’ve got to develop a tolerance for ambiguity if you want to live and work in this crazy third world country that we call Laos!
We have decided that its not enough just to have a store of amazingly crafted handmade products that make ya feel all warm and fuzzy inside…nope, we took it a step further and created a one stop shop for you as a reader and buyer (eh hem) to experience Southeast Asia first hand.
